Summer (2022)

This painting is part of my four-piece series Four Seasons. Rather than depicting a particular place, I wanted to express my own feeling of summer — its warmth, abundance, and the vibrant energy of nature at the height of life.

The work was created using my signature technique of applying paint with my fingers from a certain distance from the canvas. The process becomes a kind of action painting — almost a performance or a ritual dance, where movement, gesture, and intuition shape the final image.

Through rich layers of color and spontaneous marks, I wanted to create not a literal landscape, but an emotional image of summer — a feeling of warmth, vitality, and fullness of life.
