Energy of Spring (2025)

This painting embodies the vibrant energy of spring — a moment when nature awakens, fills with light, and bursts into color. The blooming trees, luminous pinks, and fresh greens convey a sense of renewal, movement, and the irresistible vitality of the season.

Created in my signature technique, with much of the paint applied directly with my fingers, the work reflects a physical and intuitive connection with the painting. Through color, texture, and expressive gestures, I wanted to capture not a particular landscape, but the very feeling and energy of spring.

This artwork was selected as a finalist and exhibited alongside the other finalist works at the prestigious Target Prize competition at the Ateneo de Madrid, where it was awarded the Acquisition Prize. Following the exhibition, the painting entered a private collection in Madrid.
